Are your products allergy free?

Our loaves are made in a kitchen that processes peanuts, tree nuts, dairy and meats. While the same equipment is not typically used, trace amounts may be present. We do not have any gluten free products. Please reach out if you have any concerns.

How do I know when I will get my loaf?

We will stay in touch with you after your order is placed to let you know approximate timing. We do not ship or deliver on weekends.

Delivery / Shipping Orders: As a general rule, shipping orders placed by Tuesday evening will receive their product by Friday evening.

Local Delivery and Pickup: Orders placed during the week will be ready for collection/ or delivered 1-2 days after you place your order. Please reach out if you require a date for it to be ready and we will do our best to fulfil this.

Why is the shipping price higher with more loaves purchased?

Shipping is estimated per the weight of the package, therefore the cost to ship is higher.

Can I request a scoring design or topping on my loaf?

Absolutely! We cannot guarantee we can do a specific scoring design, but we are happy to give anything a go :)

Do you offer subscriptions?

We do not currently offer subscriptions, however this is something we are looking into and will set up in the future.
